Opaline Laser Clinic Ltd is committed to providing high-quality, professional laser and aesthetic treatments. Due to the nature of the services we provide, our refund policy is outlined clearly below.

1. Treatments & Services

All treatments and services are non-refundable once provided.

We do not offer refunds for treatments that have been correctly carried out, even if the desired results are not achieved, as individual results can vary.
2. Courses & Packages

Treatment courses and packages must be paid in full in advance.

Once a course has started, it is non-refundable.

Unused sessions within a course are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.

Course sessions must be used within the time frame advised at purchase.
3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferable to rescheduled appointments if sufficient notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in loss of deposit or forfeiture of the session from a course.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
5. Unsuitability or Medical Contraindications

If a client is found to be unsuitable for treatment following consultation (before treatment has started), any prepaid sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

No refunds will be given if treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions.
6. Prepaid Services & Vouchers

Prepaid services, gift vouchers, and promotional offers are non-refundable and have an expiry date stated at the time of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, please contact us so we can review and address the matter appropriately.
