These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients of Opaline Laser Clinic Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving any treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Opaline Laser Clinic Ltd provides non-surgical aesthetic and laser treatments. All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

2. Consultations

All clients must complete a consultation prior to treatment. During the consultation, you must disclose accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, medications, skin conditions, and any relevant health concerns.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment results and safety, and Opaline Laser Clinic Ltd accepts no liability for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, at our discretion.

 

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • Course sessions missed without notice may be deducted from your treatment course.

 

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Course packages must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Payments are non-transferable between individuals.

 

6. Results & Expectations

Results vary from person to person. While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome, we do not guarantee specific results. Multiple sessions may be required, and maintenance treatments may be necessary.

Before-and-after photos shown on the website or social media are for illustrative purposes only.

 

7. Refund Policy

  • Treatments once started are non-refundable.

  • Unused sessions from a course are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results where treatment has been delivered appropriately and safely.

 

8. Health, Safety & Aftercare

Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect results or increase the risk of adverse reactions, for which Opaline Laser Clinic Ltd cannot be held responsible.

 

9. Liability

Opaline Laser Clinic Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from:

  • Failure to disclose medical or lifestyle information

  • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice

  • Normal side effects or reactions associated with treatments

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

10. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Photography & Marketing

With your written consent, we may take before-and-after photographs for treatment records or marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time where:

  • Treatment is deemed unsafe

  • A client behaves inappropriately

  • Terms & Conditions are breached

 

13. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We are not responsible for third-party links or external content.

 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
